Hirekolale Lake
➽ Hirekolale Lake is a beautiful man-made lake situated at a distance of 10-kms from Chikmagalur and about 50-kms from Kemmangundi. This lake is situated in the heart of nature and surrounded by the majestic Mullayanagiri Hills of the Western Ghats. It was built as a source of drinking water to the town of Chikmagalur and to supply water for irrigation purposes in the villages nearby.

Hoysaleswara Temple, Halebeedu
➽ Hoysaleswara temple, also referred simply as the Halebidu temple, It is a 12-th century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
